By using Just Malawi, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Just Malawi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use our service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Content & Licences
All music on Just Malawi is licensed. You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. Downloading, redistribution, or resale of content without permission is prohibited.
4. Artist Uploads
By uploading music, you confirm you own or control all rights. You grant Just Malawi a non-exclusive licence to stream your content to users worldwide.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Just Malawi to upload infringing content, distribute malware, circumvent access controls, scrape data, or engage in any illegal activity.
6. Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance. All payments are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lilongwe.
